• An 18 hole resort golf course designed by Graham Papworth 
• Golf Clubhouse
• A Resort Village
• 200 suite International Hotel
• Over 40% of the entire project is dedicated to open space through golf, environmental and recreational uses
• A commercial precinct fronting Shute Harbour Road

More specifically, Whitsunday Springs is pioneering environmental initiatives including:

• Reversal of the outflow into the Great Barrier Reef marine park
• Use of Class A recycled water to irrigate private gardens, parklands and for flushing toilets. This ground breaking strategy will effectively drought proof Whitsunday Springs and assist in maintaining its perfect landscape
• Re-establish existing degraded creeks and lakes on site
• 30kms of bicycle, walking and buggy pathways.
